En alianza con Colombia Líder la CAR lanza los Premios Ambientales 2025
La Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR) en alianza con Colombia Líder lanzó oficialmente los Premios Ambientales CAR 2025, una estrategia de reconocimiento que busca exaltar a quienes, desde distintas orillas, están trabajando en el cuidado del agua, la gestión ambiental y la adaptación al cambio climático en el territorio.
La convocatoria estará abierta hasta el 30 de junio de 2025 y podrán participar personas naturales, organizaciones comunitarias, instituciones educativas, entidades públicas y privadas, juntas de acción comunal, acueductos veredales, y otras iniciativas ambientales del territorio CAR que estén comprometidas con la transformación ambiental de sus entornos.
Los Premios Ambientales CAR 2025 reconocerán experiencias reales de sostenibilidad que generen impacto en la conservación de los ecosistemas, la economía circular, la educación ambiental, la recuperación de cuerpos de agua y la resiliencia climática. Las inscripciones se realizan a través del formulario disponible en el sitio web oficial de los premios: https://premio.colombialider.org/premio-car.
Este reconocimiento celebra el compromiso ambiental en las siguientes categorías:
Más allá de destacar buenas prácticas, los Premios Ambientales CAR 2025 buscan visibilizar a los actores locales que están liderando procesos de transformación ambiental, así como fortalecer una red de experiencias replicables y escalables a nivel regional.

Por su parte, Alfred Ignacio Ballesteros Alarcón, director general de la CAR, destacó la importancia de esta iniciativa: “Queremos rendir un reconocimiento institucional a las personas, organizaciones y comunidades que, con dedicación, esfuerzo y un trabajo muchas veces silencioso pero valiente, están contribuyendo de manera significativa a la conservación y preservación de los recursos naturales y de nuestros entornos. Nos llena de orgullo hacerlo de la mano de Colombia Líder, nuestro aliado estratégico, con quien buscamos fortalecer la gestión técnica de los Premios Ambientales CAR.”
